Accessibility Statement
Version 2.1 · Effective 2026-09-09
Suffle Online
Operated by Naucera Travel Private Limited
1. Our Commitment
Suffle Online is committed to making its digital marketplace and related services reasonably accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies.
Accessibility is considered across customer shopping, seller operations, account management, AI-assisted features, documents, communications and other core platform experiences.
2. Scope
This Statement applies to the Suffle website, marketplace interfaces, seller storefronts, account areas and other web-based experiences controlled by Suffle.
Some third-party services, provider-hosted pages, payment interfaces or external websites may not be fully controlled by Suffle and may have separate accessibility practices.
3. Company and Contact
Suffle Online is operated by Naucera Travel Private Limited.

4. Accessibility Principles
Suffle aims to design interfaces that are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
Accessibility should be treated as an ongoing product and engineering responsibility rather than a one-time certification exercise.
5. Web Accessibility Approach
Where reasonably applicable, Suffle aims to align web experiences with recognised accessibility practices, including the principles and success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
The target level and exact conformance status may vary by product area and implementation stage.
6. Semantic Structure
Suffle should use meaningful headings, labels, landmarks, lists, tables and other semantic structures so that content can be interpreted by assistive technologies.
Page structure should remain understandable when visual presentation is reduced or changed.
7. Keyboard Accessibility
Core interactive functionality should be usable through keyboard navigation where technically applicable.
Interactive controls should have a logical focus order and a visible focus indication.
8. Focus Management
Dialogs, menus, forms, checkout steps and other interactive components should manage keyboard focus predictably.
Users should not become trapped in an interface component without a supported way to exit.
9. Forms and Input
Forms should provide clear labels, instructions and error information.
Required fields and validation messages should be communicated in a way that does not depend solely on colour, position or visual appearance.
10. Accessible Error Handling
Where an input is invalid or an action fails, the interface should explain the problem in understandable language and, where possible, identify how it can be corrected.
Important errors should not be communicated only through colour or transient visual effects.
11. Colour and Contrast
Suffle aims to use sufficient contrast for text and important interface elements and avoid relying on colour alone to convey essential information.
Brand and design requirements should be balanced with practical accessibility needs.
12. Text and Readability
Content should use readable typography, appropriate spacing and clear language.
Interfaces should support reasonable zooming and text scaling without unnecessary loss of functionality.
13. Images and Alternative Text
Meaningful images should have appropriate alternative text or an equivalent accessible description where necessary.
Decorative images should not create unnecessary noise for assistive-technology users.
14. Icons and Controls
Icons used as interactive controls should have accessible names or accompanying text where needed.
Controls should communicate their purpose and current state to assistive technologies.
15. Video and Audio
Where Suffle publishes video or audio content under its control, it should consider captions, transcripts, accessible controls and other appropriate alternatives.
Accessibility features may depend on the content type and third-party media technology.
16. Dynamic Content
Search results, filters, cart updates, notifications, modal dialogs, AI responses and other dynamically changing content should be presented in a way that is reasonably perceivable to users of assistive technologies.
Important status changes should not depend solely on animation or visual movement.
17. Marketplace Accessibility
Suffle aims to make core marketplace functions such as search, category browsing, product viewing, seller storefronts, wishlist, cart and checkout accessible.
Customers should be able to obtain essential product, price, seller, availability and fulfilment information without unnecessary accessibility barriers.
18. Product Images and Information
Where product information is presented visually, Suffle aims to provide meaningful textual information for important product characteristics.
Sellers remain responsible for accurate product information, while Suffle controls the accessibility of the marketplace interface used to present that information.
19. Seller Storefront Accessibility
Suffle-hosted seller storefronts use the Suffle marketplace interface and should inherit applicable accessibility practices of the platform.
Seller-uploaded content may contain accessibility limitations that Suffle may not be able to fully correct without altering the seller's content.
20. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers should provide clear, accurate and usable product information, including meaningful descriptions and relevant text where the seller controls the content.
Sellers should avoid using images as the sole means of communicating essential product information.
21. Checkout and Payment
Suffle aims to make checkout information, required fields, order review and payment-related instructions understandable and navigable.
Payment interfaces operated by third-party providers may have separate accessibility features and limitations.
22. Custom and Personalised Products
Where customers upload photographs, artwork or other files for custom products, the platform should provide accessible upload instructions and meaningful status/error feedback where reasonably practicable.
The seller remains responsible for understanding the customer's customisation requirements.
23. Documents and Uploads
Upload interfaces should provide clear instructions, supported formats, file-size requirements and error feedback where applicable.
Accessibility of an uploaded document itself may depend on the document creator or seller/customer content.
24. AI and Accessibility
Suffle Super AI may assist users with navigation, summaries, product information, drafting or other permitted tasks.
AI should not be treated as a substitute for accessible interface design.
AI-generated content may contain errors or formatting limitations and should not be relied upon as the sole accessibility mechanism.
25. Voice and Assistive Technology
Where browser, operating-system or device assistive technologies provide voice control, screen reading, magnification or other accessibility functionality, Suffle aims to avoid unnecessarily preventing their use.
Actual compatibility can vary by browser, operating system, assistive technology and third-party components.
26. Responsive Design
Suffle aims to provide usable experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Responsive behaviour should preserve access to essential information and controls without requiring unnecessary horizontal scrolling or complex gestures.
27. Motion and Animation
Animations and transitions should be used carefully and should not be necessary for completing essential tasks.
Where reasonably practicable, interfaces should respect supported user preferences for reduced motion.
28. Time Limits
Where an interface uses time limits, Suffle aims to provide appropriate warnings or ways to extend or recover from an expired session where reasonably practicable.
Security-sensitive timeouts may still be required for account and payment protection.
29. Language and Plain Communication
Suffle aims to use clear and understandable language in important instructions, forms, errors and policy information.
Legal or technical information may necessarily contain specialised terminology, but important user actions should be explained clearly.
30. Accessibility Testing
Suffle should incorporate accessibility checks into design, development, quality assurance and significant interface changes.
Testing may include keyboard testing, semantic inspection, automated accessibility checks and testing with assistive technologies where reasonably available.
31. User Feedback
Accessibility feedback is valuable and may identify barriers that automated testing does not detect.
Users are encouraged to report accessibility problems, describe the affected page or feature, explain the barrier and provide any relevant assistive-technology or browser information if they are comfortable doing so.
32. Accessibility Support
For an accessibility issue that prevents a user from completing an important task, Suffle may provide reasonable support or an alternative way to obtain the relevant information or assistance where practicable.
Support availability may depend on the nature of the request and the service involved.
33. Third-Party Content and Services
Suffle may integrate third-party payment, communication, authentication, maps, AI, analytics and other services.
Third-party interfaces are outside Suffle's complete control and may have their own accessibility limitations.
34. Marketplace Seller Content
Seller-provided descriptions, images, videos, PDFs and other content may not always meet the same accessibility standard as the Suffle interface.
Suffle may provide guidance, moderation or technical improvements, but cannot guarantee accessibility of every seller-uploaded asset.
35. Accessibility and Security
Accessibility measures must be balanced with account, payment and security requirements.
Security controls such as authentication, verification and session expiry may impose requirements that cannot be removed solely for convenience.
36. Accessibility and Privacy
Accessibility support should not require unnecessary disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Personal data supplied for support should be processed according to the Privacy Policy and Data Security & Protection Policy.
37. No Absolute Conformance Guarantee
Suffle does not represent that every page, feature, seller-uploaded asset or third-party component is fully accessible at all times.
Accessibility can be affected by new releases, third-party dependencies, content changes, browser updates and other technical factors.
38. Continuous Improvement
Suffle intends to identify and address accessibility barriers as they are discovered.
Accessibility improvements may be prioritised according to user impact, technical feasibility, security, legal requirements and product priorities.
39. Reporting an Accessibility Issue
Users may report accessibility issues through info@flyshoppy.com.
Please include the page or feature, a description of the barrier, the action being attempted and, if possible, browser/device or assistive-technology information.
Users should not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV, ATM PINs or other sensitive credentials in an accessibility report.
40. Grievance Escalation
Accessibility-related concerns may also be raised through Suffle's Grievance Redressal Policy and designated grievance process.
Grievance Officer: Mr. Roopal Jain, Managing Director.
Email: info@flyshoppy.com.
41. Statement Updates
Suffle may update this Statement as accessibility practices, website architecture, legal requirements, third-party services and platform features change.
The current version should be maintained through Suffle's central legal/policy management system.
42. Legal and Implementation Note
This Statement describes Suffle's accessibility commitment and intended implementation approach. Actual accessibility should be assessed against the live production interface and applicable legal requirements.
Where a specific accessibility standard or statutory requirement applies to a particular Suffle service, the implementation should be reviewed by qualified accessibility, technology and Indian legal professionals as appropriate.

Implementation Requirement
Accessibility should be incorporated into Suffle's central design system and shared UI components so that marketplace pages, seller storefronts, search, product pages, cart, checkout, account areas and other modules do not each implement separate accessibility patterns. Accessibility fixes to shared components should benefit all relevant surfaces.
