**Return of Products by You:**

We accept returns for products that are wrongly delivered, incorrect, damaged during transit, or incomplete package, provided that we are notified of such issues within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product. Additionally, the products must be returned in their original condition. Please note that for transit damages, reports must be made within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint.

Naucera Travels Private Limited offers hassle-free replacements for all products sold on www.suffleonline.com, subject to certain conditions outlined below:

- Customers must notify us of any damage or wrong product within 48 hours from the date of receipt of delivery.

- For transit damages, reports must be made within 48 hours, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint.

- We may request images of the product and the internal & external packaging materials for assessment.

- Upon agreement to replace, the defective/damaged product will be replaced with a brand new product at no extra cost.

- If customers fail to inform Suffleonline.com within the stipulated time frame, the company reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its discretion.

- While we strive to replace the specific product ordered, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative product in case the original item is out of stock or discontinued. Alternatively, we may offer a store credit.

- The replacement guarantee applies only to cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages.

- We are not liable for delays in delivery by our courier partners due to unavoidable circumstances such as floods, earthquakes, interstate issues, etc.

Please note that damages due to normal wear and tear, as well as negligence on the part of the customer, are not eligible for returns.
